Fundamental work

The foundation practices of leg kicking, basic stance and leg work, stepping methods and leg pressing develop the practitioners basic skills.  The practice of the 36 styles of leg kicking builds strength and endurance for practitioner.  Training in endurance, sensibillity, speed and strength build the Wushu practitioners foundation skills.  The Wushu practitioner builds strength, speed and accuracy through practice on the sand bag and through training in a variety of leaps and kicking combinations.
